Everything! Staff was friendly. From when we arrived at the gate, Mpho welcomed us well We got to the reception Ausi Agnes was so friendly with her beautiful smile. She even assisted us to get a charger coz we forgot ours at Home. Ausi Agnes was cool, big ups to her! Sunday morning we met Mokete by pool side he was also friendly even though the notice was there of the things that are not needed by pool side he just politely explained to us what to take to the pool and what's not needed. And the last lady we met when we were about to leave was housekeeper Elsie, she was on her way to do her duties at one of the houses we asked her to take us a group picture, she did not hesitate and took us a nice pic. Oh I nearly forgot the" Quantum driver" I forgot his name he assisted us with helping our friend to check the oil on her car The staff went out of their way to make our stay great! Exceptional service it was!
